Refunds and cancellations

Thanks

A thanks is a gratuitous payment and is not refundable, except where a payment was made in error or without authorisation. Write to us within 7 days with the payment reference.

Memberships

Cancel at any time from your receipts page or your UPI app. Access continues to the end of the paid period. There is no refund for a partly used period.

Downloads

If a file is defective or not as described, ask within 7 days and we refund to the original payment method.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the payment shows as failed, your bank reverses it automatically, usually within an hour and at most within five working days.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the payment method used, within five to seven working days.
